Mummy Alarm: Win 1 of 6 Sun Sense Toddler Milks

Three weeks ago, I have teamed up with sun care expert, Clare Kerr, to compile a list of many useful tips and tricks on "How to protect your family in the sun". This week Mummy Alarm is giving you the chance to win 1 of 6 Sun Sense Toddler Milks which have been kindly donated by Sunproof Limited.
Sunproof Limited is the website to go to when you want to make sure that you and your family are thoroughly protected from the dangers of the sun. The sun care specialist sells everything from sun hats and sun shelters to UV clothing, swimming aids and the fabulous Sun Sense range.
Sun Sense Toddler Milk with SPF 50+ comes in a 50 ml roll-on applicator bottle and allows you to apply sun cream to your toddler without making a mess. It is carefully formulated for the delicate skin of children and gives increased protection against the sun's harmful radiation, yet contains lower levels of those substances which may irritate your child's sensitive skin. Sun Sense Toddler Milk SPF 50+ retails at £7.99

  1. Funniest summer memory is when my parents rented a house near Dublin for 3 weeks in July, I was 13 and I did not know what to expect in Ireland. One evening we went out with the local neighbours and I had one of the best nights of my life! Singing, dancing, drinking (a bit, at my age) Guiness. The only drawback is that for the 3 weeks we were there, the weather was awful. When we went back to France, it was 30+ degrees and we had the impression we went back to Africa or something!

My funniest summer memory was when I was 15, we went on a family holiday to Blackpool, the sun was out and so were the teenage boys, so off I went to get changed into a bikini, started playing volloeyball on the beach with my 2 sisters and my bikini top fall on the sand. RED FACED!! Picked it up and stormed back to hotel! :(

Funniest summer memory is on the way home from a greek island holiday as a child I managed to get my leg stuck in metal railings at the airport and my parents had to go and get washing up liquid from the nearest bar to grease me up to get me out! Very embarrassing

  12. My funniest Summer memory was watching my brother when I found a rubber glove and a piece of pipe on the beach when I was little and I put the glove on the end of the pipe and when I blow it the glove suddenly burst up in front of him he nearly jumped 6 feet off the ground! Ah the days before we were aware we shouldn't pick things on the beach up :)

  19. My funniest summer memory was sitting outside McDonalds when I happened to notice a boy I went to school with coming through the drive through. He must have not long passed it his test as he had all his mates with him & was obviously showing off a bit... he'd driven off without actuallt getting his food. so, he reversed up. Unfortunaely what he didn't realise is that the booth overhung the road and so completely caved in the back of his car. Absolutely hilarious! It was a bit of an old car so wouldn't have been surprised if he wrote it off!!

  29. When I was about 12 I was on holiday with my mum, dad and best friend Andrea, we were in the local shop buying some sweets and Andrea was eating her sweets, walking backwards while reading a sign on the shop door, she fell over backwards and landed smack bang in the middle of a crate of cabbages, the whole shop turned around and just stared at her while trying not to laugh. Even to this daif I say cabbages to my friend we both roll about laughing!

I'll always remember a week at Center Parcs we spent in the Summer when my dad was getting to grips with his bike & lost control, rolling down the hill into a patch of stinging nettles...wearing shorts! He didn't find it funny at the time though! @Isis1981uk on Twitter

  49. I was looking through old photos the other day and we were in hysterics looking at some of the clothes we had. We went on a summer holiday and I thought I looked absolutely gorgeous in my array of illuminous bermuda shorts, bros t-shirt and illuminous socks in different colours on either foot.

Would love to win this prize

  52. We were out walking on a hot day, and had treated ourselves to an ice cream. I thought people were being very friendly, acknowledging me, smiling - what nice people I thought to myself - must be the new hairdo, or maybe it's my nice new summer top .... about ten minutes later I noticed it. Ice cream and chocolate all down the front of my clothes! Of course hubby hadn't noticed had he! Pity everybody else had! :)

Aged around 7 or 8 I went with my family to a holiday camp in Skegness. While we were there we went for a dip in the sea and a huge wave crashed into us. My mum screamed, her false teeth fell out and were immediately washed away. She spent the rest of the holiday hardly speaking to anyone because she had her mouth clamped closed. Even funnier is the fact that we were in the holiday camp 'club' one evening when someone came in and announced that some false teeth had been found and asked whether anyone wanted to claim them. Mum was so embarrassed she wouldn't put her hand up to admit they might be hers. I know now that it was extremely cruel of us to laugh quite so much but even the thought of it now still makes me giggle :-)
